Job DescriptionLooking for a candidate working in Legal domain having experience with (Commercial Litigation , Drafting Agreements , Vetting Contracts , Civil Laws etc) for one of the manufacturing company.Job Location : Palwal , HaryanaPrefferred Industry: Law FirmsMode of Work : HybridKey Responsibilities : * Legal advice on Corporate, Commercial and Civil laws.
General Commercial (Drafting and Review of Project Agreements, Review of Tender Documents,
Commercial, Contract Negotiations in both Sales and Purchasing). * Claim management (both active and passive), monitoring and handling legal disputes (litigation,arbitration) with support by external counsels, negotiating settlements. * Real Estate (Lease Agreements, Construction Projects).
M&A (joint venture contract, restructuring of joint venture, share deal, asset deal, drafting/reviewing of
contracts, negotiations, monitor the performance of external law firms). * IP Matters (Technology Transfer, IPR Protection) in cooperation with internal IP counsel.
Timely reporting to superior.
Other tasks as may be assigned by superior.
Educational Qualification :LLB must , LLM is added advantage
