• Ensure compliance to regulatory requirement like cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, MCC etc.
• Ensure compliance to timely receipt, proper handling, storage and dispensing of Packaging materials.
• Ensure compliance to proper handling, control and timely disposition of rejection and expired materials.
• Proper accounting and safe custody of packing materials.
• Understand the requirement of internal customers and fulfil the same within specified time thought proper planning.
• Cleanliness, upkeep, control and general administration in warehouse.
• Training to the people on the systems and procedures for effective implementation and to enhance performance levels of individuals.
• Keeping track of changes applicable in regulatory/ statutory requirements and meeting them.
• Up Gradation of facility to meet future business needs.
• Ensure proper and adequate investigations for incidents.
• Optimum utilization of storage space, manpower, and available resources through proper planning.
• MIS and participation in review meeting.
• All the activities related to the LMS, Track wise & EDMS.
• Documents creation, review and approval.
