Job Description:Profile: Key Account Manager - Corporate SalaryGrade: M3\M4JD:
  • Manages a set of 5-6 Account managers
  • Operates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mapped
  • Develops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employees
  • Expected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solutions
  • Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
  • Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell products
  • Adhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process' as laid down from time to time
  • Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank
