Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 BDAs to meet and exceed sales targets Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance Responsibility for the team will be to make calls and pitch HNIs/UHNIs about Dezerv and to schedule a call with our private banker Track the whole funnel of meetings scheduled and clients on follow-up stage Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports Pass on customer feedback to the center team and management Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new ways to tackle conversations Keep records of all conversations in the CRM database comprehensively Must have: MBA from a tier 1 / 2 college or university 6+ Years of experience into sales of high ticket values 3+ years of experience in managing a sales team Able to work and coach junior members and up scale them High level of ownership and keeping good track of numbers Good knowledge of excel and making reports on excel Basic knowledge of Investments and financial products
