- Answer calls professionally to provide information about ERP and services and obtain details of complaints.
- Understand Customer’s Complaints related to ERP and can translate it to IT team Properly.
- Maintaining and monitoring ERP project plans, project schedules & work hours.
- Assist users in all aspect of ERP system use.
- Manage the configuration and operation of on-premises ERP systems; provide technical support for ERP and software issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer’s requests.
