JOB Description:For Telecaller executiveExperience- Min 1yr to 6+ yrsSalary Criteria- 15k to 30k per monthLocation- Rajendra place , delhiPreferred Language- English & Hindi (but mostly english commute)For Collection executiveResponsibilities1)Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts2)Investigate historical data for each debt or bill3)Find and contact over the call with clients to ask about their overdue payments4)Take actions to encourage timely debt payments5)Process payments and refunds6)Resolve billing and customer credit issues7)Update account status records and collection efforts8)Report on collection activity and accounts receivable statusRequirements & Skills:1) as a Collection Specialist or similar role2)Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)3)Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA)4)Working knowledge of MS Office and databases5)Comfortable working with targets6)Patience and ability to manage stress7)Excellent communication skills (written and oral)8)Skilled in negotiation9)Problem-solving skills10)High school diploma; Associates/Bachelors degree is a plus
