Position Description We are looking to employ a qualified and competent O&M Manager who will be in supervision role and responsible for the timely coordination with all stakeholders and execution of maintenance activities of the solar plants. Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics engineering. Experience: Relevant experience of 4 - 5 years in Solar Industry in O&M Department Job Location : Bangalore Languages : Good command with English and Hindi Two wheeler is mandatory. Responsibilities: Daily monitoring and inspection of the solar plants. Co-ordinate with O&M & OEM vendors for regular maintenance as per the schedule. Identifies problems and develops corrective action plans. Scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance Visit of sites for inspection, repair, maintenance and modifications as and when required. Perform electrical, mechanical component inspections, testing, repair, and troubleshooting. Prepare and share timely reports of generation, site visits, incidents, and RCA. Responds to emergency call outs Requirements: Knowledge of National Electrical Code and standard design/construction practices Adherence to work ethics Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks Additional computer training or certification will be an asset Ability to multitask effectively Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
