As a Knowledge Manager in Genome, you will be owning the learning experiences of learners across the globe. This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high learning potential. And that is why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, curious to learn, passionate about people, and can work closely with senior leadership in the organization. Be responsible for creating high-quality learning content and deliverables for Genome, finalization of the curriculum scope with Master Gurus of the aligned skill to produce insightful learning output that will be used as training material by Genpact learners. This will range from expert level learning content and training information utilized by senior leadership inside the organization to beginner level overview content for overview learning.About Genome

- Strong research and analytical skills: ability to analyze data sets (Internal, external datasets) and reports (analyst reports, google research)
- Primary research/ interviewing skills: Should have exposure to interviewing senior executives to get inputs/information that’s not-so-obvious.
- Create power-point decks – good story-boarding and top-down MECE presentations (CXO level facing)
- Project Management skills – work on Initiatives and ability to handle small assignments independently.
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity – We always have some unknowns to work with. Ability to make reasonable assumptions, ask questions, learn fast, and be comfortable with ambiguity is important.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – This role requires primarily working with senior folks (VPs, SVPs) to seek inputs and as an end-customer in a team environment.
