You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement conversational solutions that enhance user experience.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives.
Design and develop intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.AI platform.
Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance conversational capabilities.
Integrate chatbots with various enterprise systems and third-party APIs.

Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Kore.AI solutions.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI.

Requirements.Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications/skills

Proven experience as a Kore.AI Technical Lead or similar role.
Solid understanding of natural language processing and machine learning concepts.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
Experience in integrating chatbots with enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
Kore.AI certification is a plus.
Experience with other conversational AI platforms is a bonus.
