Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team at Piegon Media Pvt Ltd. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, promoting our services, and expanding our customer base. This is a full-time position based in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry. Qualifications And Skills 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated and target-driven. Good knowledge of the local market and industry trends. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Roles And Responsibilities Identify and prospect new customers through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Present and demonstrate our services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory. Prepare sales reports and update CRM system with customer interactions and sales activities. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify potential business opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales growth. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge. Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team to improve sales processes and customer experience.
