As a Dealer Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and developing new dealer partnerships. You will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with potential dealers, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to ensure the overall success of our dealership network. Responsibilities Identify and recruit new dealerships that align with our company's strategic goals and objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential dealers to enhance business opportunities Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to develop effective dealer acquisition and retention strategies Collaborate with the sales team to identify and evaluate potential dealership opportunities and develop comprehensive business plans Conduct regular performance reviews with dealerships to ensure alignment with sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency Provide training and support to dealerships on product knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute dealer incentive programs, promotions, and events Requirements Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field Proven experience in dealer development, automotive sales, or a similar role within the automotive industry Strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing industry landscape
