We're a region on the rise - bold, committed and hungry - so only changemakers need apply!Primary Purpose of Role:The primary purpose of the instrumentation engineer role is to ensure the efficient, safe, and high-quality production of food products through the effective design, implementation, and maintenance of instrumentation and control systems. We are seeking a candidate who not only possesses expertise in instrumentation but also has experience in electrical engineering and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) responsibilities.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain instrumentation & Electrical systems for process control and automation within the food factory. Propose and implement enhancements to instrumentation & electrical configurations to enhance production throughput, quality, and resource utilization.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical & instrumentation equipment to maintain optimal performance and enhance reliability and safety standards.Troubleshoot and carryout root cause analysis for instrumentation & electrical system to improve reliability.Calibrate instrumentation devices to ensure accuracy and reliability in measuring process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate instrumentation & electrical solutions into new and existing production processes. And, work closely with cross functional team to streamline workflows and minimize waste generation, improve quality and safety system.Support Site SHE Manager in conducting risk assessment, safety audit, providing SHE training program for the team, Liaise with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance and in developing & implementing SHE policies for the site.Education & Expereince:Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering. 3-5 Years of Expereince experience in instrumentation design, implementation, and maintenance, preferably in the food manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of process control systems, PLCs, SCADA, and other automation technologies. problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Effective communication and leadership skills to drive change and foster a culture of safety and environmental responsibilityOur ambitions are bold.
