Responsibilities Assistant Manager Sales is mainly responsible for sales generation, generate revenue on month-on-month basis as per budget agreed, improve gross margin, finding new opportunities in defined territory in Market, Dealers Management, Customer Satisfaction, complaints resolution in technical & commercial ground. Also responsible to support application as & when demanded, Internal Coordination with planner, logistics & production team. Check the dealer's performance on year-on-year basis, support them in technical as well as commercial terms, having a track records of dealers activity or visits. Job Purpose Purpose of this position is sales generation, payment realization within the prescribed timeframe, keep arithmetical calculation for pricing structure, gross margin & profitability, technical Support to the Customer & channel partners. Prepare a business plan & operating plan for the channel partners. This position's territory is for Maharashtra, MP, Chhattisgarh & Karnataka. Base location for the position will be Pune, Maharashtra.
