- Identify customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible.
- Attending customers' queries and complaints as per defined SOP through inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a fast response time and great quality overall modes of customer communication.
- Working cross-functionally to ensure customer issues are being flagged and adequately addressed.
- Coming up with ideas and strategies to increase customer activation, retention, shopping & improving customer experience.
- Customer Care Representative with Excellent Communication (spoken & written) Skills. Languages: English, Hindi to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be a self-motivator and self-starter.
- Focus on quality and customer service.
- Solid time management skills.
- Must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the Company.
- Creative ability & writing proficiency.
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Intermediate Word, Basic Excel).
- People working in the industries like E-Commerce will be preferred.
- Less than a month of notice period candidates are preferred (Immediate joiners are ideal).
