Relationship ManagerCore KPIs :- This role will focus on managing relationships with our high-value clients, providing them with exceptional service, understanding their financial needs, ensuring their satisfaction and growing our current business with the client.Roles & Responsibilities :- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions.- Listen actively to clients to understand their financial goals, preferences, and challenges.- Provide initial assessment and understanding of client needs, then collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored financial advice and solutions.- Share client feedback to relevant departments or individuals and provide the client with updates on the actions taken.- Monitor client satisfaction metrics (NPS) and take proactive steps to enhance the overall client experience.- Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies while managing client interactions and transactions.- Growing our current business with the client (ref:updazz.com)
