Company Description POINT OF CARE is a leading diagnostic facility located in Chennai, dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services. We offer a wide range of diagnostic tests and medical examinations, including Blood tests, CT scans, Ultrasound scans, Digital X-rays, ECG, Echo, TMT, Audiometry, Pulmonary function tests, and vision screenings. Our center specializes in occupational-related medical services, offering pre-employment, return-to-work, and periodic health check-ups, as well as annual health check-ups for employees and their families. We also conduct statutory on-site medical check-ups for employees engaged in canteen, dangerous operations, and hazardous processes. Role Description As a Marketing Executive focusing on Doctor and Healthcare Professional Engagement for our Diagnostic Center, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and strengthen relationships with physicians, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions. You will develop targeted marketing strategies and initiatives to increase referrals, promote collaboration, and position our diagnostic center as a trusted partner in patient care. Your role will involve understanding the needs and preferences of healthcare professionals, facilitating educational opportunities, and fostering long-term partnerships to drive patient volume and enhance our reputation within the medical community. Key Responsibilities: Physician Relationship Management: Identify and prioritize physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals who are key influencers in our target market. Establish and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers through regular communication, meetings, and networking events. Collaborate with physicians to understand their patient needs, preferences, and referral patterns. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master s degree is a plus. Proven experience in healthcare marketing, physician relations, or medical sales. Strong understanding of medical terminology, diagnostic procedures, and healthcare industry trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and clinical staff. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and track marketing performance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
