- Minimum 8-12 years practical experience in any recognized company in the same field will be preferable.

- Good Knowledge in Computer, MS-Word, Excel & PowerPoint with Bangla & English typing.

- Vast knowledge about Job Analysis, Manpower planning, Separation, Final Settlement.
- All process of Recruitment, Selection & Hiring process including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting job offers to onboarding & smooth induction for new employees.
- Source candidates through various channels such as online job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Practice of BLA-2006, Labour Rules-2015 & Amendment of 2022, BLA 2018 & 2019.
- T & D, Performance Appraisal, KPI, KRA, Motivational activities.
- Check of Leave, Attendance, Absenteeism, Salary Sheet, Compensation & Benefits.
- Disciplinary activities, Grievance handling. Employee Turnover with remedy.
- OD Plan, Cost control, Payroll Management, Skills development and Succession Planning.
- Develop training modules and conduct Training & Development program.
- Salary, Compensation, Maternity benefits, Payroll Management.
- Housekeeping as per 5S, cleanliness, hygiene & environment.
- Protocols, entertainment of all guests. Assist HOD's different issues.
- Review & approve of tour plans of all personnel moving for business purpose.
- Co-ordinate and ensure administrative support to all regulatory and statutory requirements of Company.
- Identify future recruitment need & pro-actively source, recruit & develop talent pool.
- Work about employee engagement, organizational development.
- Coordinate with Line Managers and Head of HR to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions and job specifications.
- Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including financial data, and other HR databases.
- Facilitate organizing events such as conferences, workshops and seminars.
- Perform any other duties, as assigned by the management.
