- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice
efficiency and organizational excellence. * Act as a first pointof contact, managing communication and correspondence with internal and
external stakeholders with discretion and professionalism. * Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize time management.
- Assist
reports, ensuring high levels of accuracy and detail. * CoordinateHR-related activities, including but not limited to, recruitment
support, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records, applying an
understanding of HR principles to support the team effectively. * Facilitatethe smooth operation of daily office functions, from managing supplies
to overseeing general administrative tasks, ensuring a productive work
environment. * Engage in continuous learning to quickly graspcompany processes, products, and services to enhance support and
contribute to projects as required.Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably with exposure to HR tasks and supporting senior-level executives.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken; proficiency in Swiss-German is highly desirable.
- Exceptional
